Gatheratt sends your event's transactional email through Resend. Out of the box, 500 emails a month are included on us — or connect your own Resend account, free, to send from your own domain.

Event email that sends itself
As partners and speakers come on board, there's a steady stream of mail to send — welcome notes, secure links, gentle reminders to upload a logo or a presentation, deadline nudges. Resend is the engine that delivers all of it, reliably, on Gatheratt's behalf.
- Partner, speaker and reminder mail sent automatically as your event comes together.
- Reminders for the logo, the company text, the presentation — only to whoever is still missing them.
- Account and login email is handled by Gatheratt and is always free, separate from your event email.
Two ways to send
Included by default — your own domain when you want it
By default there's nothing to set up. Every event sends through Gatheratt's own Resend account and gets 500 transactional emails included every month — on top of account and login mail, which is always free. Need more in a busy stretch? Top up with prepaid credit through Gatheratt; it never expires.
Want your event's email to come from your own domain? Connecting your own Resend account is free and optional. From then on it's your account with Resend and your verified domain — Gatheratt isn't in the loop on the volume at all. You get Resend's own free tier of 3,000 emails a month and their pricing for anything beyond, which usually works out cheaper for events that send a lot.

- Your own Resend (free to connect) — your own Resend account and your own domain. No limit or billing from Gatheratt on the count — it's between you and Resend (3,000/month free, then their rates).
