In the weeks before the event, hundreds of people owe you something. Gatheratt gives each of them their own page, builds the programme around them and follows up on whatever is missing.
How it goes

Invite partners to their portal
Each partner gets a private page with exactly what their package asks for: logo, description, questions, tasks and guest list.

Hand out the tickets
The tickets in each package go to the partner, who gives them to their own guests. Speakers get theirs in bulk.

Build the programme
Sessions on stages and days, with speakers, types and partners. Publish when it is ready, and it is in the app.

Bring in the speakers
Speakers deliver bios, photos and presentations in their own portal, sorted per stage for production.

Chase what is missing
Chase lists what each partner and speaker still owes, and sends a reminder for exactly that.
