Phase 1 of 4 · Long before the event
Build the event on day one. Start selling right after.
Months before the doors open, an event needs a structure and a way to sell it. In Gatheratt you build both at once: the event, its packages and its sales pages, so companies can apply to become partners while you plan the rest.
How it goes
- 1
Build the structure
Create the event with its venue, stages, days and team. Everything else in Gatheratt hangs off this structure.
- 2
Design your packages
Tiers with benefits, tickets, stands and add-ons. The same packages later decide prices, checklists and ticket allotments.
- 3
Open the sales pages
Each package gets a public page where companies apply to become a partner or sponsor, with your images, your logos and an application deadline.
- 4
Start selling tickets
Sell tickets with payment in Gatheratt, or connect the ticketing provider you already use. Either way, ticket types and sales are in Gatheratt from the start.
- 5
Answer the applications
Applications land in one inbox. Approve one, and the partner is in, with a priced package and a portal of their own.
